Passes available in quantities of 4, 10, or 20 to attend any regularly scheduled group classes of your choice. There are over 30 scheduled group classes available each week conducted by our outstanding group of Fitness Professionals.

GROUP EXERCISE WEEKLY SCHEDULE
ISCC GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
BARRE – Barre is a total body workout that uses the stationary ballet barre, light-medium hand weights, long bands and Ball. It helps to
improve flexibility while strengthening muscle. Taught for a 60 min session to the beat of the music this class will have your heart rate up while burning fat and building lean muscle. All levels welcome.
Tuesdays – 6:00pm
Thursdays – 10:00am
BOOT CAMP – A mixture of cardio and strength intervals working multiple muscle groups. Forty-five minutes to work your entire body.
CARDIO DANCE FITNESS – Cardio Dance Fitness is a 60 minute cardio dance class with latin and pop music. Easy to follow moves combining fast & slow rhythms to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Super fun and sweaty! All levels welcome.

CARDIO KICKBOXING – Cardio Kickboxing is a martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Using
punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing, group fitness participants worldwide have fallen in
love with this class format.

CORE AND MORE – Workouts will include a mix of isolation exercises (like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and
integrated moves that use two or more muscle groups together. Bring your energy!
HIIT – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a full-body workout using tabata style interval training. The class is a rigorous training sequence
with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to
push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

PILATES – A method of body conditioning using a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercise. With a focus on your core, or
powerhouse, Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind and creates a
more streamlined shape. Participants should be in good physical health. Beginners are welcome.

STRENGTH – A challenging class that is designed to take you out of your comfort zone to help you achieve your fitness and strength training goals! This class focuses on resistance training and conditioning of all major muscle groups. Exercises utilize your own body weight and free weights. A popular workout for all fitness levels. Bring a water bottle and towel.

RELAXATION STRETCH – This forty-five (45) minute class focuses on relaxing long-held stretches combined with breath work. These poses stretch beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body, often in the hips, pelvis, and low back, which are
difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy. Also worked are all major muscle groups (back, chest, biceps,
triceps, legs). This class is gentle, yet intense, with the primary focus of getting the body and muscles to relax.

RELAXATION STRETCH AND MOBILITY – (30 or 60 Minutes)
This class focuses on relaxing long-held stretches combined with breath work. SENIOR FIT – All the basics of strength training, cardio, flexibility and core work for 50 + adults. No high intensity in this class! This low impact,
joint friendly class will help you build muscle mass , reduce fat and increase flexibility. Class incorporates weights, body weight exercises
and resistance bands. Classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and

SPIN – An indoor cycling class set to exciting great music and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning. With a mix of hill climbs and heavy sprints, you will feed off the energy of the room to build endurance and strength.

SPIN & CORE STRENGTH – Spin and Core Strength is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spin bike. We end the class with 20 minutes of core training. The abdominal exercises can range from slower-paced exercises to high intensity moves. This class is great for all levels, and a great way to get a total body workout
YOGA – Stimulating for body, mind and spirit. Yoga classes will include either Ashtanga yoga primary and secondary series poses, or a
Vinyasa flowing form that combines balance, strength and flexibility. Incorporates breath awareness with sun salutations and invigorating
postures. Class will end with therapeutic postures and deep relaxation. A great way to relieve stress.

ZUMBA® – A fun and energetic dance based total body workout, combining all elements of fitness.

JUST FOR THE KIDS
Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.
CREATIVE MOVEMENT FOR PRESCHOOLERS
Creative Movement is a joyful way for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. The 45 minute class will provide
children with opportunities for noncompetitive, success-oriented and creative experiences.
Through movement, children learn about their bodies, the space around them, and each other. Creative movement activities should encourage all children to participate. Both boys and girls enjoy these classes. All children can benefit, including children with communication, sensory, developmental or physical challenges.
This 45 minute class costs $150
