The Northern Connecticut Lights Hockey program is committed to supporting the development of young women as athletes, leaders, and members of society through a competitive hockey environment that instills life values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, a consistent work ethic, and respect for self and others.

The ISCC Skating Club is hosted by the ISCC with the purpose of encouraging the participation and growth of figure skating in the state of CT and New England. Sportsmanship, diversity, inclusion, and wholesome competition among all participants for the betterment of their physical, mental, and social well being.

Located in the lobby of the ISCC, Sk8terZ Cafe offers rink-side options such as burgers, sandwiches, soft drinks, snacks, hot chocolate, coffee, soft serve ice cream, milk shakes and more!
