NLGH Sports Performance

Northern Lights Sports Performance Training will run every Monday night for a ten (10) week series. All players on teams U8 and older are expected to attend.

Each session includes 45 minutes of of dry land strength training, flexibility and mobility. Athletes will improve their speed, agility, strength, power, flexibility, core strength. Overall athleticism will improve and athletes will limit their incidence of injury.

Want to add on to your Monday night sessions and work out twice a week? An optional Thursday night session is available to U12, U14, U16 and U19 players for $240 for 12 weeks.
