ISCC is excited to partner with the highest level of professionals to provide an elite training and wellness experience for boys and girls at middle school, high school, and college levels. Our team will provide strength, flexibility and conditioning while fostering development in position specific skills, nutritional choices, and mental strength for athletes. Upon completion of this 8 week progressive training series, athletes will leave stronger and prepared for future growth in:

Agility

Strength

Power

Flexibility

Core Stregth

Injury Prevention

Athleticism

Each session includes:

One hour of on ice training focused on skill development and Hockey IQ.

One hour of off ice conditioning, strength training, flexibility and mobility.

Nutrition coaching specialized for athletes.

Choose to participate in 8, 16 or 24 sessions with flexibility to accommodate your summer schedule. Choose the number of sessions that work for you each week within your allocated membership. Athletes must attend sessions assigned to their age division.

Choose the number of sessions that work for you each week within your allocated membership. Athletes must participate during the dates/times assigned to their age division only.  Athletes will be grouped by age, skill level, and experience.  All programs open to boys and girls.
